Bangkok airways positioning statement is Asia’s boutique airline and really I can’t argue with that.
The flight was on time the aircraft was clean and staff very friendly. The only downside to the experience was having to catch a bus to the aircraft but, let's face it, that’s a third world problem.
The aircraft was a A 319 with four crew, the flight was a quick 50 minutes, yet in that time we were offered a hot lunch of chilli prawns and rice with a preset water on the tray.
Juice and tea coffee were offered before collection.
I can’t fault Bangkok airways in any way departed early and arrived early a good experience.
