Ginger Moon is probably our favourite "go to" restaurant in Seminyak. Always consistent. Always affordable. Smart service. Great vibe.
The beating heart of Ginger Moon is first class chef Dean Keddell who uses regional flavours and ingredients and presents them in fun and exciting ways, the presentation remains familiar whilst the flavors firmly remind you where you are in the world. Dean spent many years travelling the globe and has learnt that when people share a meal with friends, family or loved ones - they are at their happiest.
So with this in mind, when dining at Ginger Moon order several dishes to share, take your time and relax, your experience will be all the better for it.
My favourites are the Peking duck pancakes, roast duck pot stickers with hoi sin and chicken steamed buns. But basically anything we have had at Ginger Moon has been great.
